2023 Habits (Let’s see if I can keep them!)

With 8 days to go before the start of the New Year I’m going to be listing daily the habits that I hope to live by in 2023. 2022 has brought a lot of home renovations but I feel I fell short on some of the things I wanted to achieve and I don’t want to be in the same place next year. So here are my plans to help me balance the grind and became a more successful person next year.

Waking up at 5am.

Waking up early means I’m going to already be ahead of everyone else. Mornings are crazy and super busy in our house so giving myself more time will allow me to maybe workout, plan out my goals for the day and generally be more productive.

No more snoozing through that alarm- it will be hard and I will report back on how I get on, so stay turned ……..
