Mindset

Try the following if needed:

  1. If you’re angry, try exercise (such as a full cardio workout).
  2. If you’re tired, turn off your phone and go to sleep/
  3. If you are feeling uninspired, try taking a walk or take a shower to engage your senses.
  4. If you are feeling some self-doubt, try journaling.
  5. If you are jealous, focus on yourself, your qualities and uniqueness.
